He studied law at the CEU San Pablo University in Moncada (Valencia).
After graduating in 1995, he studied a Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory (MAJ) at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid.
At the end of 1997 he began his professional career at Deloitte Spain (auditing, consulting and business advisory services), working in the area of commercial and corporate law.
After 15 years with the firm, he left Deloitte to join a small family office in Valencia, from where he began advising French-speaking clients, both companies and individuals.
Her immersion in the dual French and Spanish culture, which she acquired at a very young age as a student at the Lycée Français de Valencia, allows her to respond to the specific needs of French-speaking clients with total proximity, adaptability and efficiency.
Finally, in 2018, he decided to undertake his own professional project and founded his firm specialized in legal and tax advice on real estate investment transactions for foreign and non-resident clients throughout Spain.
Very soon, he decided to extend the scope of his services to the transfer of assets via inheritance.
On the other hand, it diversifies the firm's client typology, offering tax and legal advisory services to foreign residents and non-residents in Spain, both French and English speaking.

Having bought a house in 2020 in Catalogne, I contacted Me Huerta in order to assist me in the purchase process, being ignorant of the Spanish procedures in general, and Catalan in particular.
In 2023, I sold this house, and I bought another one, appealing in both cases to Me Huerta, who was of particular help in the two purchase contracts, checking in particular that the certificates of occupancy and the declarations of occupancy were correctly drawn up and verified. Indeed, there are often problems in Spain in the field of urban planning, the Spanish notaires not being able to control the cadastres and regulatory acts, it is absolutely necessary to be assisted by a lawyer with full knowledge of Spanish law in order to avoid any further problems.
